Director of Balkan States
Konstantinos Topaloglou studied as a Civil Eng. at Northeastern University, whereas he also participated as an investor for the rebirth of the legendary motorcycle brand Indian during 1992 to 1998. That led to establish Chesterfield ltd as well and to further organize the expansion of the brand and its sister company in the United States, Chesterfield NYC in 2006 and in Bulgaria too. The corporation entered the Bulgarian stock market exchange that year. The Chesterfield business in USA still operates under his family until today. In 2008, Mr. Topaloglou started entering the energy world by establishing Seman LTD, a company specialized in the energy management sector in Dubai UAE. He then acted as the initial managing director whereas he continues to be a significant shareholder until today. After that venture he has served as the energy advisor for electricity suppliers HERON s.a and Watt&Volt S.A. in Greece. Mr. Topaloglou engaged with Global Strategies Council during the last two years in multi complex projects and currently serves in the position of the Balkan States Director.
