Larry Lambert

Executive Vice President

Larry Lambert has worked as an executive and as a senior manager sophisticated law enforcement and national security operations with background in multi-national projects. He has extensive experience in project design, negotiations, contracting, implementation, training and management including budgeting and personnel supervision. He is an internationally recognized expert in crisis management, counterespionage and all phases of security. His expertise extends to an in depth knowledge of computers, encryption protocols and analytical systems design He was a guest instructor at the Interpol General Secretariat several times; served as a professor/instructor at the People’s Public Security University, Beijing, China; and addressed many professional conferences hosted by the US Government on a variety of subjects.

His military career spanned and overlapped his other government service. He served as a Naval Intelligence and Special Warfare Officer for fourteen years on active and reserve duty. His service included combat with SEAL Team Five, deployed as part of Operation Desert Shield/Storm. Additionally, and in connection with his military service, he has experience in sensitive intelligence collection and tradecraft, foreign espionage and sabotage, counter-terrorism, infiltration, information exploitation, management of asset identification, recruitment, and development in operational settings.

As Executive Vice President at Global Strategies Council, he participated in sensitive operations of the highest national interest with Qatar, and past experience in the Hellenic Republic of Greece, with regard to security interests, and other matters that are proprietary to the company.
